- Delivery and Transfer of Goods
1.1. The delivery date specified on the order confirmation is most accurate if the prepayment is made on the day of placing the order. The usual order processing time is 1-7 business days. The delivery period is extended by the number of days elapsed from the day of placing the order until the prepayment is received. Order processing does not take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. 1.2. Leyako OÜ undertakes to inform the customer of any changes in the delivery time as soon as possible after receiving the relevant information. 1.3. After the ordered goods arrive at the warehouse and are subsequently sorted, they are handed over to courier companies and delivered to the address specified in the order. 1.4. Couriers deliver the goods to the address specified in the order. In case of a change in the delivery address or pre-agreed delivery time, the customer must inform www.leyakoreya.ee immediately before the delivery time. 1.5. The speed and smoothness of the delivery of the purchased goods depend on the accuracy and correctness of the data filled in by the customer, as well as the prevention of additional delivery costs. Leyako OÜ and courier companies are not responsible for delays in delivery and possible misunderstandings if such delays and misunderstandings are due to incorrect order processing by the customer. 1.6. Delivery is carried out using Omniva and SmartPost parcel machines. 1.7. If the agreement provides for the delivery of goods, but Leyako OÜ is not responsible for delivering the goods to the customer, the obligation to transfer the goods to the customer is considered fulfilled at the moment the goods are handed over to the carrier/courier, who is obliged to deliver the goods from the point of origin to the customer. 1.8. If the order has visible defects or physical interference on the packaging (such as torn packaging), this must be reported to the courier company, and the damaged package must be provided for investigation by the courier service. 1.9. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must inspect the goods. If any product does not match the order (such as a different product name or other error), or if defects are discovered before opening the packaging, the customer must inform the seller and not open the packaging to avoid breaking the protective seals. 1.10. Delivery within Estonia (Omniva, Itella Smartpost, DPD, Venipak) may vary in price. The final delivery price will be shown before payment on the order checkout page. 1.11. Orders with the same recipient, phone number, delivery point, etc., may be combined into one shipment (also during promotions and offers) for faster processing and delivery to the recipient. The customer can also notify in the order comments or write to support@leyakoreya.ee if orders need to be sent separately. Each order’s delivery is paid according to the store’s terms; no delivery fee is refunded for combining orders, as it is covered by the expedited order processing procedure.
NB! From 1.07.2021, under the new EU e-commerce rules, VAT must be paid in each EU country where LEYAKO OU provides services. This means that the customer will see prices in the online store with the tax of the country from which the customer enters or the tax of the country of the order recipient will be calculated at checkout.
Free delivery within Estonia from 39 euros (DPD, Itella Smartpost, Venipak).
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier services’ operation.
Delivery time within Estonia is generally 2-4 days (Smartpost, Omniva, DPD, Venipak).
Delivery time to Finland is up to 5 days (Smartpost Itella, DPD).
Delivery time to Latvia and Lithuania is 1-4 days (Omniva, Smartpost Itella, Venipak).
Free delivery to Finland (from 50 euros), Latvia, and Lithuania (from 45 euros).
Delivery time within the EU and to other countries is 5-14 days depending on the country (postal-courier service).

Latvia (Omniva, Venipak, DPD) (may vary depending on conditions), as well as other delivery options individually agreed between the buyer and seller (delivery price may change under different company conditions, promotions, or other conditions applied by the Leyako OÜ team).
Lithuania (Omniva, Venipak, DPD) (may vary depending on conditions), as well as other delivery options individually agreed between the buyer and seller (delivery price may change under different company conditions, promotions, or other conditions applied by the Leyako OÜ team).
Free delivery is provided as additional privileges for customers and other conditions.
Delivery prices may change. The delivery price is indicated when choosing the delivery method; if delivery is free, the delivery method price will not be indicated.
There is also the possibility of sending to other EU countries, individually agreed between the buyer and seller.
- Order Cancellation and Product Returns
2.1. Upon receipt of the order, the customer must inspect the received goods. If the packaging has a product name that does not match the order, inform the seller and do not open the packaging to avoid breaking the protective seals. Protective seals on the packaging must not be broken. Once opened, the product is considered unpacked and cannot be returned. 2.2. The customer has the right to return the product ordered from the online store within 14 days from the date of receipt. 2.3. The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. The cancellation and return request must be made in writing via email to support@leyakoreya.ee or to the postal address within the specified period (14 days). 2.4. The order number must be included in the request. 2.5. The refund for the canceled order (including delivery cost) is made by bank transfer within the legally stipulated period (30 days from the receipt of the customer’s return request). The buyer agrees to return the product to the seller within 30 days from the submission of the return request. 2.6. The customer bears the cost of returning the product (except for returns described in section 1.9.) to the legally stipulated extent. If the customer does not pick up their delivered order within the storage time in the parcel machine and the parcel is returned, LEYAKO OÜ refunds the order cost minus the full postal service costs (sending to the customer and return), as well as expenses incurred by the company in processing installment payments via Inbank and Montonio. 2.7. Leyako OÜ bears the return costs if the product was damaged during transportation or if defects or flaws could only be discovered after opening the packaging, or if the product does not match the order. 2.8. If the returned product was damaged due to improper use by the customer, or due to negligent handling, Leyako OÜ reserves the right to review and recalculate the value of the returned product based on the extent of the damage. In this case, the difference between the paid amount for the product and the decreased value of the damaged item is calculated. If the customer disagrees with the recalculation due to the decreased value of the product, they have the right to seek an independent expert’s opinion. 2.9. If the customer loses interest in the ordered product due to delivery delays, they have the right to cancel the order. The prepayment will be refunded to the customer’s account within 14 days after receiving the relevant request from the customer at support@leyakoreya.ee. 2.10. The customer is responsible if they do not pick up the parcel from the parcel machine on time (storage period in parcel machines is 7 days), and the parcel is automatically returned to Leyako OÜ. In this case, the customer reimburses the return costs incurred by Leyako OÜ. The refund amount can be paid separately by the customer or, if the customer wishes to refuse the parcel in this situation, the refund is made to the customer’s account minus the return costs. This case does not apply to the cancellation conditions specified in sections 2.7 and 2.9. 2.11. Leyako OÜ reserves the right to cancel the order if the ordered product is out of stock at the supplier and the customer does not agree with the replacement product offered by Leyako OÜ.
If the customer cannot receive the parcel on time, we strongly recommend contacting the delivery service. You need to provide the tracking number or recipient details.
LEYAKO OÜ is not responsible if the customer does not pick up the parcel from the postal terminal on time.
- Use of Coupons or Vouchers
3.1. Leyakoreya.ee may conduct various promotions, campaigns, giveaways, and other activities on its website or on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, where discount coupons or vouchers can be used when placing orders. 3.2. Leyakoreya.ee may grant the right to use discount coupons (vouchers) both individually to the buyer and to the public. The number of discount coupons (vouchers) and the discount amounts (percentages) are determined by Leyakoreya.ee. 3.3. The rules for conducting campaigns, promotions, and giveaways are created by Leyakoreya.ee. 3.4. Leyakoreya.ee reserves the right to change the order or conditions of campaigns, promotions, and giveaways. 3.5. Leyakoreya.ee has the right to refuse the customer if it is found that the customer has not fully complied with the conditions specified by Leyakoreya.ee.
