Sales Conditions

The owner of the online store www.leyakoreya.ee.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Online Store”) is LEYAKO OÜ (registration code 14417732), located at Maleva 2, 11711, Tallinn.

General Conditions

These sales conditions apply to the rights and obligations arising from the purchase of goods between customers of the Online Store www.leyakoreya.ee (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”) and LEYAKO OÜ (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).

These terms apply to all users of meliorabeautyshop.ee and/or guests wishing to purchase our products, in accordance with the laws and obligations of the Republic of Estonia.

www.leyakoreya.ee reserves the right to amend the sales conditions and change prices. All changes are reflected on the website www.leyakoreya.ee.ee.

Validity of Sales Contract, Product Information, and Prices

These sales conditions apply to the purchase of goods in the Online Store.

Prices for products in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the product.

Prices for products are listed in euros. When paying for the product, the amount deducted from the buyer’s account is in euros.

The amount of the product fee depends on the buyer’s location and the delivery method. Since July 2021, under EU law, all internet sellers are required to pay VAT to the country where the order and delivery are made. The product and delivery fee are displayed when placing an order.

Product information is provided directly next to the product in the Online Store.

leyakoreya.ee reserves the right to change prices. If the Customer has paid for their order before the Seller changed the price, the new price does not apply to that Customer; hence, the Customer purchases the product at the price indicated on the website at the time of placing the order.

Order Processing and Payment

To begin, select the product you wish to purchase. Then, add the selected items to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart”. You can view the contents of “My Cart” by hovering over the cart icon.

Once you’ve chosen your items, proceed to checkout by clicking the cart icon in the top right corner. In your cart, you will see all the items added. Here, you can also adjust the quantity or remove any items if needed.

After selecting your items, click “Proceed to Checkout” to go to the checkout page.

To complete your order, enter your contact information, select a suitable delivery method and payment option, then click “Pay”. The payment amount will be displayed, and you will be redirected to your chosen Internet bank’s website to complete the payment.

After clicking “Pay”, you will be redirected to the bank’s page. Once the payment is complete, be sure to click “Back to Merchant”.

If for any reason the payment process is interrupted, you will automatically be redirected back to your cart.

The sales contract becomes effective upon submission of the order by the Customer and upon receipt of order confirmation from the Seller. Order confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

If the ordered item cannot be delivered due to stock unavailability or any other reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. Any payments made (including delivery costs) will be refunded promptly, no later than 14 days from the date of notification.

Orders with the same recipient, phone number, delivery point, etc., may be combined into one shipment for expedited processing and delivery, especially during promotions and special offers. If separate shipments are required, please notify us in the order comments or contact support@leyakoreya.ee. Each order incurs a delivery fee according to the store’s terms; no refund is provided for combining orders, as it covers the expedited processing.

Payment

All prices on the www.leyakoreya.ee website are in euros and include a 22% VAT (applicable to Estonia). You can pay for your purchase using the following Internet banks: Swedbank, SEB Pank, Luminor Pank, Coop Pank, LHV Pank.

For customers from other EU countries, the VAT applicable for each country where the order is placed will be automatically calculated. You can view the final amount and VAT % on the “Cart” and “Checkout” pages.

Proceed to Banking Services

A quick and secure way to pay for your purchase is through an Internet bank. After placing your order, you will be directed to your chosen Internet bank to complete the payment. There, you can review the pre-filled payment order, which indicates the amount to be paid. Confirm the payment and then click “Back to Merchant”.

Delivery of Goods

Goods are delivered to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland.

Products are delivered to the buyer via Itella SmartPOST and Omniva, with delivery charges based on Itella SmartPOST and Omniva rates.

The delivery price is indicated on the “Cart” page and during checkout.

Free delivery within Estonia for orders over €39.

Free delivery to Latvia and Lithuania for orders over €45.

Free delivery to Finland for orders over €50.

The buyer bears the cost of delivery, as indicated next to the delivery method.

Orders within Estonia typically reach the buyer’s specified destination within 1-3 working days (and rarely up to 5-7 working days) from the effective date of the sales contract.

Orders to Latvia, Lithuania, and Finland typically reach the buyer’s specified destination within 3-5 working days (and rarely up to 5-7 working days) from the effective date of the sales contract.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.

To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered item must not have been used other than necessary to ensure its nature, characteristics, and functioning (as one would inspect the item in a physical store).

If the item has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or shows signs of use or wear, the online store reserves the right to reduce the amount refunded, in accordance with any decrease in the item’s value, or refuse the refund altogether.

To return an item, the buyer must submit a statement of withdrawal, including the details of the seller and buyer, to support@leyakoreya.ee no later than 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods.

The buyer bears the cost of returning the item, unless the reason for return is that the item does not correspond to the ordered item (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

The buyer must return the item within 14 days of submitting the statement of withdrawal or provide evidence of having returned the goods within this period to the carrier.

Upon receipt of the returned item, the online store refunds all payments made by the buyer under the contract, but no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The online store may withhold the reimbursement until it has received the item back or until the buyer has provided evidence of having sent back the item, whichever is earlier.

If the buyer has expressly chosen a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by the online store, the online store is not required to reimburse the additional costs.

The online store reserves the right to cancel a sales transaction and demand that the buyer return the goods if there has been a significant error in the price listed on the online store.

Defective Goods

All goods are inspected for defects or damaged seals before being shipped, if the product packaging does not have protective stickers.

According to the contract, the online store is liable for non-conformity or defects in the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery or were discovered within 14 days from the date of delivery to the buyer. Within the first six months from the date of delivery of the item to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the duty of the online store to refute such an assumption.

If a defect or other problem with the product is found, the buyer may contact the online store no later than 14 days after discovery, by sending an email to support@leyakoreya.ee.

The online store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.

In case of defects in the purchased item for which the online store is responsible, the online store replaces the defective item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store refunds all expenses incurred under the sales contract to the buyer.

The online store responds to the consumer’s complaint in a written or form allowing written reproduction within 15 days.

Packaging of the product is not considered a defect. Items with packaging that does not have a protective seal or other protective elements confirming that the product has not been opened are not eligible for return or exchange.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data

The online store uses the personal data provided by the buyer (name, surname, phone number, address, email address, banking details) only for processing orders and shipping products to the buyer. The online store shares personal data with the transport company to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters or promotional offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed such a desire by entering their email address on the website and has indicated their desire to receive direct mail.

The buyer may opt out of receiving promotional offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or following the instructions provided in the promotional email.

Selection of Care and Gift Services

On our website, we offer a service for selecting care products and gifts. To receive a full description of care or gift selection, the customer must complete a questionnaire. The customer must complete the form in full and answer each question. At the end of the form, the customer can submit all questions for a detailed response. After confirming the form, the customer proceeds to the checkout page where they must provide their details and complete a payment of €30. To submit the form for processing, a deposit of €30 must be paid. After paying the deposit, the customer receives a payment confirmation to the email provided during checkout, as well as a €30 coupon that can be used in our online store www.leyakoreya.ee to pay for any product from our catalog. The selection of care and gifts is a Service. The deposit is non-refundable. This deposit has no expiration and the customer can spend it in our online store or showroom. The customer agrees to these terms after completing the checkout and making the payment. The customer cannot complete the payment until they confirm that they have read and agree to the terms of the www.leyakoreya.ee online store. The relevant confirmations are located before the “Submit Order” button.

Dispute Resolution and Claims

If the buyer has any complaints about the online store, they should be reported to support@leyakoreya.ee.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve a dispute through negotiation, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Commission. The conditions for proceedings and filing a claim can be reviewed by email support@leyakoreya.ee. The Consumer Disputes Commission is competent to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. The consideration of the buyer’s complaint by the Commission is free of charge.

LEYAKO OU reserves the right to refuse service to the client before the transaction is completed.
