VT Cosmetics Cica No Sebum Mild Powder helps eliminate shine in the T-zone, controls excess sebum production, and instantly refreshes makeup while caring for the skin by soothing and softening it. It keeps the skin smooth and fresh throughout the day without causing dryness or tightness.
