The sun protection cream contains two main physical filters – Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide. The advantage of physical filters is their ability to reflect UV rays rather than absorb them. Physical filters have large molecules that prevent them from penetrating deeply into the skin. They create a lightweight barrier on the surface and repel harmful ultraviolet rays without causing skin irritation. Physical filters “activate” protection immediately upon application, while chemical filters require time to penetrate.

The key component of the cream, as with the entire line, is Centella Asiatica Extract from Madagascar, which is grown and harvested under special conditions. Due to its purity, the effectiveness of the extract is enhanced, and beneficial microcomponents are preserved.

The MadeWhite™ ingredient, as the name suggests, is also a brightening ingredient derived from none other than Centella’s Madecassoside. MadeWhite has similar soothing properties and a pronounced ability to inhibit melanin synthesis.
