Manyo Panthetoin Essence Toner is a rich moisturizing essence toner formulated with the patented Panthetoin™ Complex for dehydrated, dry, and sensitive skin with a weakened moisture barrier.

At the heart of the formula is a combination of 4000 ppm Panthenol and 1000 ppm Ectoin, which helps provide intensive hydration and relieve dryness, flakiness, and tightness. Ceramides, Phytosphingosine, and other barrier-supporting ingredients help reduce moisture loss and maintain the skin’s natural protective barrier.

Its rich, nourishing texture is especially suitable during colder seasons and when the skin is exposed to wind, dry air, and temperature changes. The formula is free from added fragrance and artificial colorants.
