Dr.Althea 15% Niacinamide Purity Serum contains 15% niacinamide. At this concentration, it provides effective brightening and pore care. Thanks to zinc in the formula, the serum also regulates sebum production, while the MELACUT complex soothes the skin and improves its texture.
