4. Prize Conditions

4.1. The prize covers only economy-class tickets for one person.
4.2. Travel dates will be agreed upon with the winner, approximately from March 1 to May 31, 2025.
4.3. Additional costs not covered:
• Accommodation, meals, airport transfers.
• Visa, insurance, and other documents.
• Personal expenses and third-party fees.
4.4. The winner is responsible for:
• Checking visa requirements and obtaining a visa at their own expense.
• Having a valid passport.
• Arranging travel insurance.
4.5. The Organizer is not liable for:
• Visa refusals or denied entry.
• Flight changes or cancellations by airlines.
• Delays or cancellations caused by the winner.

5. Restrictions and Additional Terms

5.1. The prize cannot be exchanged, transferred, or substituted for cash.
5.2. If the winner declines or cannot use the prize, it will be reallocated or canceled.
5.3. The Organizer reserves the right to:
• Deny the prize in case of rule violations.
• Modify the rules without prior notice.
5.4. The winner is responsible for paying any applicable taxes or fees (customs, visa, insurance, etc.).

6. Miscellaneous

6.1. Participants agree to the rules and the processing of their personal data, including sharing data with third parties.
6.2. The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues or damages incurred by participants.
6.3. If the winner does not claim the prize by January 30, 2025, it will be forfeited, and a new winner will be chosen.
